Teaching Staff
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Teaching Staff to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Staff member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students, developing engaging lesson plans, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
– Teach students in assigned classes, promoting academic excellence and social growth
– Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methods
– Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
– Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation
– Manage classroom behavior, ensuring student safety and well-being
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
– Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s/master’s degree in education or relevant subject area
– Teaching certification or license (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE)
– Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy
– Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
– Proficient in technology integration (e.g., educational software)
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience teaching international curriculum (e.g., IB, AP)
– Expertise in special needs education or English language learning
– Knowledge of educational technology and software
– Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
