Montessori Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our school community. The successful candidate will provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment, fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth in children aged 3-12.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Learning

Specific Tasks:
1. Implement Montessori methodology and curriculum.
2. Prepare and maintain a well-organized classroom environment.
3. Conduct individual and group lessons.
4. Assess student progress and develop individualized plans.
5. Communicate with parents/guardians.
Requirements:
1. Montessori certification (AMC, AMS, or MACTE).
2. Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
3. 2+ years of Montessori teaching experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in education or related field.
2. Experience with diverse student populations.
3. Knowledge of child development theories.
