Principal
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead Divisional Public School & College Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, academic expertise, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the institution’s vision, mission, and strategic plans.
2. Academic Excellence: Ensure high academic standards, curriculum development, and quality teaching.
3. Administrative Management: Oversee daily operations, finance, HR, and infrastructure.
4. Student Affairs: Foster a supportive environment, promote extracurricular activities, and ensure student well-being.
5. Community Engagement: Build partnerships with parents, alumni, and local stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Master’s/Ph.D. in Education or related field.
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in education leadership.
2. Proven track record of improving academic performance.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Familiarity with Pakistani education system and regulations.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience in a similar institution.
2. Certification in educational leadership.
3. Research publications/presentations.
