Job Summary:
The Registrar oversees academic records, registration, and student information, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate student records, transcripts, and diplomas.
2. Coordinate course scheduling, registration, and withdrawals.
3. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, FERPA, and regulatory requirements.
4. Provide academic advising and guidance to students.
5. Manage transfer credits, degree verification, and graduation clearance.
6. Develop and implement registration policies and procedures.
7. Supervise Registrar’s Office staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
2. Experience in higher education administration.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
