Assistant Accounts Officer

Job Summary:

An Assistant Accounts Officer assists in managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions: Process and record financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and journal entries.
2. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and ledger accounts.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
5. Audits: Assist in preparing for audits and responding to audit queries.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Professional Certification: CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
