Position Overview
An Educational Consultant is a professional who provides expert advice and support to educational institutions, schools, or individuals to improve educational practices, enhance student outcomes, and develop customized learning strategies. Key Responsibilities

- Assist schools in incorporating educational technology into the classroom to enhance learning and streamline administrative functions.
- Recommend tools, platforms, and resources that support digital learning, virtual classrooms, and blended learning environments.
- Provide training to teachers and administrators on the effective use of educational technologies to support instruction, assessment, and communication.

Strategic Planning and Policy Development
- Guide educational institutions in developing long-term strategic plans that align with their goals, mission, and vision.
- Help create policies and procedures that support institutional goals, including student admissions, academic assessments, and teacher evaluation processes.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, or Higher Education Administration, is often preferred.
- Experience in teaching, school administration, or educational leadership is typically required.
- Specialized certifications in areas like special education, educational technology, or school leadership may be beneficial, depending on the focus of the consultancy.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and educational consulting, preferably in a K-12 or higher education setting.
- Strong knowledge of current educational trends, pedagogy, and technology integration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to effectively work with clients and stakeholders.
