Coordinator Officer

Job Summary:

The Coordinator Officer is responsible for providing administrative and coordinative support to ensure the smooth operation of departmental activities, projects, and events. This role involves coordinating logistics, communicating with stakeholders, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination:

Coordinate departmental activities, projects, and events, including logistics, catering, and equipment.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for staff and stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

1. Communication:

Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, including phone calls, emails, and in-person requests.
Communicate with staff, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.

1. Administration:

Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions.

1. Project Support:

Provide project support, including coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist with project planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Requirements:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1. Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinative role.

1. Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
