Applicant Support Advisor
Job Summary:
The Applicant Support Advisor provides exceptional customer service and support to prospective students, guiding them through the application and admissions process. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Applicant Support:
Provide timely and accurate responses to applicant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Offer guidance and support throughout the application and admissions process.
1. Application Processing:
Assist with processing applications, including data entry, document verification, and communication with applicants.
Ensure applications are complete and accurate, and that all required documents are received.
1. Communication:
Communicate effectively with applicants, parents, and other stakeholders to provide information, resolve issues, and promote programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school counselors, community organizations, and other partners.
1. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including applicant data, application status, and communication history.
Generate reports and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and improve applicant support services.
Requirements:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Education, Communications, or Customer Service.
1. Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, admissions, or a related field.
Experience working with students, parents, and other stakeholders in an educational setting.
1. Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, admissions systems, and Microsoft Office.
