Student Recruitment Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Consultant to join our team at STS Global Education. As a Student Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting our educational programs and services to prospective students and their families.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and recruit potential students for our educational programs
– Provide guidance and support to students throughout the application and enrollment process
– Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions
– Participate in education fairs, seminars, and other recruitment events
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, education, business)
– At least 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
