Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager supports the Manager/Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team/department. This role involves assisting with strategic planning, managing projects, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Support:

Assist the Manager/Director with planning, organizing, and controlling team/department operations.

Help manage budgets, resources, and workflows to achieve goals and objectives.

1. Project Management:

Assist with managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals.

1. Supervision and Development:

Supervise and coach team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recommend training and development opportunities.

1. Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement customer service strategies.

1. Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to support team/department goals.

Requirements:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

1. Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.

1. Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
