Junior Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, developing lesson plans, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning
– Teach students in accordance with the curriculum and lesson plans.
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning.
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Student Support
– Provide individual support to students who require extra help.
– Encourage students to participate in class and engage with the material.
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaboration and Communication
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum.
– Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress.
– Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Administrative Tasks
– Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
– Prepare and submit reports on student performance.
– Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Education
– Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
– Relevant teaching certification or qualification.
Experience
– Some teaching experience, preferably in a similar educational setting.
– Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities.
Skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
