Lecturer in Mathematics
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Lecturer in Mathematics to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics courses at undergraduate and/or graduate levels, conducting research, and contributing to the development of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning
– Teach mathematics courses to undergraduate and/or graduate students.
– Develop and implement innovative and effective teaching methods.
– Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Research and Scholarship
– Conduct original research in mathematics and publish scholarly articles.
– Present research at conferences and seminars.
– Supervise undergraduate and/or graduate research projects.
Service
– Serve on departmental, college, and university committees.
– Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.
– Contribute to the development of the department, including curriculum development and program assessment.
Requirements:
Education
– Earned Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related field.
– Relevant teaching and research experience.
Skills
– Excellent teaching, research, and communication skills.

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience
– Relevant teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
– Research experience in mathematics, with a strong publication record.
