Principal
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary educational leader to serve as Principal of our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instructional leadership, managing school operations, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Leadership
– Develop and implement comprehensive educational plans to improve student achievement
– Supervise and evaluate instructional staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
– Foster a culture of collaboration and professional growth among teachers
School Operations
– Manage school budget, resources, and facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations
– Oversee student services, including counseling, discipline, and attendance
– Ensure compliance with district and state policies, laws, and regulations
School Culture
– Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes respect, empathy, and social responsibility
– Build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the broader community
– Promote a growth mindset and a love of learning among students
Requirements:
Education
– Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or a related field
– Valid state principal certification
Experience
– At least 5 years of experience as a school administrator, preferably as a principal
– Proven track record of improving student achievement and school culture
Skills
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
