Research Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Associate to join our research team. The successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies, as well as contribute to the development of research papers, reports, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Design and Implementation
– Assist in the design and development of research studies, including literature reviews, study protocols, and data collection instruments.
– Coordinate the implementation of research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and data management.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
– Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation of research data, using software such as R, SPSS, or SAS.
– Assist in the development of data visualizations, reports, and presentations.
Research Writing and Dissemination
– Contribute to the development of research papers, reports, and presentations, including writing, editing, and formatting.
– Assist in the submission of research papers to academic journals and conferences.
Collaboration and Communication
– Collaborate with research team members, including principal investigators, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students.
– Communicate research findings and progress to stakeholders, including research participants, community partners, and funding agencies.
Requirements:
Education
– Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or social sciences.
– Doctoral degree or current enrollment in a doctoral program preferred.
Experience
– At least 2 years of experience in research design, implementation, and analysis.
– Experience with statistical software, data visualization tools, and research writing.
Skills
