Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
– Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
– Manage schedules, including scheduling appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
– Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
– At least 2 years of administrative experience
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
