Legal Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a range of matters, including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
– Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
– Manage and coordinate with external counsel as needed
– Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)
– Admission to practice law in [relevant jurisdiction]
– At least 3-5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in a corporate or commercial law environment
– Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
