Student Recruitment Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Advisor to join our admissions and recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and advising prospective students, promoting the university’s programs and services, and meeting enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students
– Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote the university’s programs
– Advise prospective students on academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options
– Represent the university at recruitment events, fairs, and conferences
– Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and promote academic programs
– Meet enrollment targets and contribute to the university’s overall recruitment goals

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., education, marketing, communications)
– At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in a related field
– Experience working in higher education recruitment or admissions
– Knowledge of student information systems and CRM software
– Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
