Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership:

1. Project Management:

– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables

– Supervise and mentor team members

– Ensure team members have the necessary training and resources
1. Communication:
– Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management
– Present project updates, progress, and results
– Negotiate and resolve conflicts

– Analyze problems and develop solutions

– Implement process improvements
1. Budgeting and Financial Management:
– Manage departmental budgets and financial plans
– Ensure financial reports are accurate and timely

Requirements:
1. Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
– Master’s degree preferred
1. Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of management experience
– Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects

– Excellent project management and organizational skills
