Technical Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Officer to join our team. The Technical Support Officer will provide technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.

1. Troubleshooting:

Identify and diagnose technical issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques.

Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues.

1. Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and guides.

1. Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including development, quality assurance, and sales, to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.

1. Training:

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with new technologies and technical issues.

Requirements:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

1. Experience:

2-3 years of experience in technical support or related field.

1. Skills:

Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Familiarity with technical support software and tools.

Certifications:

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications.
