Executive Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Engineer to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Oversee the management of engineering projects, including planning, designing, and implementing projects.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
3. Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of engineering projects, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within budget.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects.
Requirements
1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, including experience in project management and team leadership.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
4. Knowledge: Expertise in engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
1. Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) certification or other relevant certifications.
3. Industry Experience: Experience working in a specific industry, such as construction, manufacturing, or energy.
4. Leadership Experience: Experience leading large teams or managing complex projects.
