Director of Admissions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Admissions to lead our admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing admissions strategies, managing the admissions process, and ensuring enrollment goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions Strategy: Develop and implement admissions strategies to meet enrollment goals.
2. Admissions Process: Manage the admissions process, including application review, interview scheduling, and decision notification.
3. Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
4. Enrollment Management: Analyze enrollment trends and develop strategies to meet enrollment goals.
5. Team Management: Supervise and manage the admissions team, including admissions counselors and support staff.
6. Communication: Communicate with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and provide admissions information.
7. Data Analysis: Analyze admissions data to inform admissions strategies and enrollment management decisions.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Master’s degree in higher education administration, marketing, or a related field.
1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in admissions or a related field, preferably in a higher education institution.
2. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
3. Knowledge: Knowledge of admissions best practices, enrollment management strategies, and higher education trends.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Advanced Degree: Doctoral degree in higher education administration or a related field.
2. Experience in Enrollment Management: Experience in enrollment management, including developing and implementing enrollment strategies.
3. Experience with CRM Systems: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably in an admissions context.
