Clinical Physiotherapist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting research, and contributing to the growth and development of the physiotherapy department.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
1. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including setting goals and outcomes.
3. Conduct physical examinations, including taking medical histories and performing tests.
4. Use a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and education.
Patient Education
1. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, goals, and outcomes.
2. Provide patients with information on injury prevention, health promotion, and wellness.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Research and Quality Improvement
1. Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance the practice of physiotherapy.
2. Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in physiotherapy.
3. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for the physiotherapy department.
Professional Development
1. Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
2. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay current with the latest developments in physiotherapy.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
Departmental Responsibilities
1. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the physiotherapy department.
2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for the physiotherapy department.
Requirements
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
2. Registration with the relevant physiotherapy regulatory body.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical practice.
Skills

Knowledge

Advanced Degree
1. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physiotherapy.
