Director of Regional Services
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Director of Regional Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services across a designated region, ensuring that services are customer-focused, efficient, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional service strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of services across the region, ensuring that services meet customer needs and expectations.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of regional service managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders.5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on regional service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
6. Budget Management: Manage regional service budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that regional services meet quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a service delivery environment.
3. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and objectives.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Desired Qualifications
1. Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. Service Delivery Experience: Experience in a service delivery environment, preferably in a regional or national role.
3. Change Management Experience: Experience in leading and managing change initiatives.
4. Coaching and Mentoring Experience: Experience in coaching and mentoring teams and individuals.
