Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional academic leader to fill the role of Senior Academic Leader. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and vision to drive academic excellence, innovation, and growth within the institution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic excellence and innovation.
2. Academic Governance: Provide leadership and guidance on academic governance, policy development, and quality assurance.
3. Faculty Development: Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and service, and support faculty development and growth.
4. Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of innovative and relevant academic programs.
5. Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources to support academic priorities and initiatives.
6. Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including industry, community, and government.
7. Student Experience: Enhance the student experience through innovative programs and services.
Requirements
1. Terminal Degree: Earned terminal degree in a relevant field.
2. Academic Experience: Significant academic experience, including teaching, research, and service.
3. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including experience in academic administration.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

1. Experience in Accreditation: Experience with accreditation processes and procedures.
