Biotechnology Professional
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Biotechnology professional to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of biotechnology-based solutions, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research and Development: Conduct research and development activities in biotechnology, including molecular biology, genetic engineering, and biochemistry.
2. Product Development: Develop and test new biotechnology-based products, such as pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and diagnostic tests.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze data from biotechnology experiments and research studies, and interpret results.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as FDA regulations and ISO standards.
6. Communication: Communicate complex scientific information to non-technical stakeholders, including management, investors, and customers.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in biotechnology research and development, product development, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, DNA sequencing, and gene editing.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications
1. Advanced Degree: Advanced degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
2. Industry Experience: Experience working in the biotechnology industry, including experience with regulatory compliance and product development.
3. Publication Record: A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, with a focus on biotechnology research and development.
4. Patent Experience: Experience with patent applications and intellectual property protection.
