Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Director of Regional Services. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of regional services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Strategy Development: Develop and implement regional service strategies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of regional services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of regional service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and government agencies.
5. Budget Management: Manage regional service budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate regional service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, public administration, social services).
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in regional service delivery, including experience in leadership and management.
