Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to fill the role of Controller of Examinations. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, organization, and administration of examinations, ensuring the integrity and security of the examination process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Examination Planning: Plan and coordinate examination schedules, venues, and logistics.
2. Examination Administration: Oversee the administration of examinations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
3. Question Paper Management: Manage the production, distribution, and security of question papers.
4. Exam Results: Oversee the processing and publication of examination results.
5. Exam Security: Ensure the security and integrity of the examination process, preventing cheating and other forms of academic dishonesty.
6. Complaints and Appeals: Handle complaints and appeals related to examinations.
7. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and review of examination policies and procedures.
Requirements
1. Master’s Degree: Earned master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, management).
2. Experience in Examination Administration: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in examination administration, preferably in an educational institution.
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Qualifications
1. Ph.D.: Earned Ph.D. in a relevant field.
2. Experience in Educational Leadership: Experience in educational leadership or management.
3. Familiarity with Examination Software: Familiarity with examination software and technology.
