Manager of Administration
Job Summary:
The Manager of Administration will oversee the administrative functions of the organization, including human resources, facilities management, and office operations. The Manager will provide leadership and strategic guidance to administrative staff, and work closely with senior management to align administrative initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources: Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
2. Facilities Management: Manage facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
3. Office Operations: Oversee office operations, including administrative support, mail and messenger services, and supply chain management.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for administrative functions.
5. Budgeting and Finance: Develop and manage budgets for administrative functions, including financial planning and reporting.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: Significant experience in administration, including experience in a leadership role.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Experience with Human Resources: Experience with human resources functions, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
3. Experience with Facilities Management: Experience with facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
4. Experience with Office Operations: Experience with office operations, including administrative support, mail and messenger services, and supply chain management.
