Junior Lecturer
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences, contribute to curriculum development, and assist with academic research and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions at the undergraduate level.

Prepare course materials, such as syllabi, handouts, and assessments.

Assist senior faculty with research projects and academic publications.

Support students through academic advising and mentoring.

Participate in curriculum development and review processes.

Engage in continuous professional development and scholarly activities.

Contribute to departmental meetings, planning, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A Master’s degree in [Relevant Discipline]; a Ph.D. (or enrollment in a Ph.D. program) is preferred.

Strong academic background and a passion for teaching and learning.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with online or blended teaching platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom).

Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.

Ability to contribute to interdisciplinary teaching and research initiatives.
