Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, mentoring students and junior faculty, and contributing to the strategic goals of the department and institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the assigned field.

• Supervise undergraduate projects, postgraduate theses, and doctoral dissertations.

• Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable academic journals.

• Apply for research funding and participate in collaborative research projects.

• Provide academic leadership in curriculum development and review.

• Mentor junior faculty members and support their professional development.

• Serve on academic committees and contribute to the university’s governance and administration.

• Foster industry and community partnerships for academic and research collaborations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in [Relevant Discipline] from a recognized institution.

• A proven record of teaching excellence at the university level.

• Strong research profile with peer-reviewed publications.

• Experience in supervising graduate and doctoral students.

• Demonstrated leadership and service to the academic community.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
