Faculty – Management Studies

Job Description:

The Department of Management Studies is seeking a qualified and passionate academic professional to join our team as a Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Management Studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in impactful research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of students in the field of business and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in areas such as Marketing, Finance, HRM, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship.

  • Develop course content, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.

  • Conduct research and contribute to publications in recognized journals.

  • Supervise student projects, internships, and theses.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.

  • Engage in community outreach, industry collaboration, and professional development activities.

  • Support the university’s mission to promote innovation, leadership, and business ethics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Master’s or Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated teaching ability and subject expertise in one or more core areas of management.

  • Research experience with published or publishable work in peer-reviewed journals (preferred for Assistant Professor level).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms (e.g., LMS, online teaching tools).

  • Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
