Faculty – Management Studies
Job Description:
The Department of Management Studies is seeking a qualified and passionate academic professional to join our team as a Lecturer / Assistant Professor in Management Studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in impactful research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of students in the field of business and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in areas such as Marketing, Finance, HRM, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Develop course content, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.

Conduct research and contribute to publications in recognized journals.

Supervise student projects, internships, and theses.

Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning.

Engage in community outreach, industry collaboration, and professional development activities.

Support the university’s mission to promote innovation, leadership, and business ethics.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A Master’s or Ph.D. in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated teaching ability and subject expertise in one or more core areas of management.

Research experience with published or publishable work in peer-reviewed journals (preferred for Assistant Professor level).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms (e.g., LMS, online teaching tools).

Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
