Manager, Organizational Development
Job Description:
The Manager, Organizational Development (OD) is responsible for driving organizational change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting leadership development initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing the organization’s structure, culture, and processes to enhance overall performance, employee engagement, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute organizational development strategies, initiatives, and projects that improve employee performance, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.

Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable plans to address gaps.

Design and implement leadership development programs, team-building activities, and coaching interventions.

Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align OD initiatives with business objectives and support cultural transformation.

Develop and deliver training programs focused on leadership, communication, change management, and employee engagement.

Facilitate the design and execution of succession planning, talent management, and career development programs.

Oversee employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and collaborate with leadership to create action plans for improvement.

Provide guidance on change management processes, helping teams navigate through organizational transitions.

Ensure that OD programs and initiatives are evaluated for effectiveness and continuously improved.

Foster a positive organizational culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, models, and best practices.

Proven experience in leading organizational change, talent management, and leadership development.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess complex organizational issues and implement solutions.

Experience with change management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:

Certification in Organizational Development, Coaching, or Change Management (e.g., OD Certification, Prosci).

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a focus on results.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
