Assistant Professor
Job Summary:
The Assistant Professor is a tenure-track faculty position that involves teaching, research, and service responsibilities. The Assistant Professor will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct research, and contribute to departmental and university service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in their field of expertise.
2. Research: Conduct research and publish in top-tier journals.
3. Service: Contribute to departmental and university service, including advising students and serving on committees.
4. Student Supervision: Supervise undergraduate and graduate students in their research projects and theses.
5. Curriculum Development: Develop and revise curriculum to ensure that courses and programs are relevant, innovative, and meet the needs of students and the industry.
Requirements:
1. Education: Ph.D. in their field of expertise.
2. Teaching Experience: Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
3. Research Experience: Experience conducting research and publishing in top-tier journals.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Postdoctoral Experience: Postdoctoral research experience.
2. Experience with Curriculum Development: Experience developing and revising curriculum.
3. Experience with Accreditation: Experience with accreditation processes.
4. Experience with Industry Partnerships: Experience partnering with industry partners.
