Assistant Professor of Computer Science
Job Summary:
We are seeking an outstanding candidate for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Computer Science. The successful candidate will be expected to establish a strong research program, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and contribute to the department’s academic and research missions.
Responsibilities:
Research:
– Develop and maintain an active research program in Computer Science, with a focus on [specific area, e.g., artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, etc.].
– Publish research results in top-tier conferences and journals.
– Secure external funding to support research activities.
– Collaborate with other faculty members, researchers, and industry partners to advance the field of Computer Science.
– Participate in national and international research communities to stay current with the latest developments in the field.
Teaching:
– Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science, including [specific courses, e.g., algorithms, computer systems, software engineering, etc.].

Requirements:
– Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
