Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and Instruction

- Develop and update syllabi and course materials to reflect current scholarship and pedagogical practices.
- Engage students in discussions, lectures, seminars, and workshops, helping them analyze and interpret literature in various historical, cultural, and theoretical contexts.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies, including digital resources, online platforms, and interactive learning tools, to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance through assignments, essays, exams, presentations, and other evaluation methods, providing timely feedback to promote academic growth.

Research and Scholarly Work
- Conduct original research in the field of English literature, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in areas such as literary theory, comparative literature, cultural studies, or any other specialized field.

- Present research at academic conferences and seminars, fostering professional relationships with scholars and experts in the field.
