Associate, Analytics & Reporting
Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Associate, Analytics & Reporting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and reports to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
2. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
3. Business Intelligence: Design and implement business intelligence solutions to support strategic decision-making.
4. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data quality and integrity, and develop data governance policies and procedures.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree: Earned bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
2. Analytical Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
1. Master’s Degree: Earned master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
2. Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Data Scientist (CDS).
3. Industry Experience: Experience working in a specific industry, such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
4. Machine Learning Experience: Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, clustering, or neural networks.
