Audio Visual Operator

Job Summary:

Set up, operate, and maintain audiovisual equipment for events, conferences, meetings, and presentations, ensuring seamless technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and operate AV equipment (projectors, screens, microphones, speakers)
2. Conduct pre-event checks to ensure equipment functionality
3. Troubleshoot technical issues during events
4. Assist presenters with equipment operation
5. Maintain AV equipment inventory and perform routine maintenance
6. Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth execution
7. Monitor sound and video quality during events
8. Adapt to last-minute changes or technical challenges

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of AV operation experience
2. Knowledge of AV equipment and technology
3. Basic electrical and technical skills
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in AV technology (e.g., CTS, CTS-I)
