Creative Account Manager
Position Summary:
We are looking for a strategic, energetic, and highly organized Creative Account Manager to serve as the vital link between our clients and our creative teams. This role is key in building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and creative projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate is both left- and right-brained—analytical and detail-oriented, but also a natural at creative thinking and storytelling. If you love collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists while keeping client goals at the center of every project, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust.

Understand clients’ business goals, brand positioning, and industry trends.

Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Serve as a strategic advisor, offering guidance on creative solutions that align with client objectives.
2. Project & Campaign Oversight

Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies and detailed project plans.

Collaborate closely with internal teams—creative, production, strategy, digital, and media—to ensure seamless execution.

Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and expectations across multiple concurrent projects.

Anticipate project risks or obstacles and proactively manage solutions.
3. Strategic & Creative Collaboration

Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to guide concept development and ensure brand consistency and innovation.

Provide creative briefs that inspire and inform the design and content creation process.

Review creative work to ensure it meets client objectives, stays on-brand, and maintains high quality.

Offer constructive feedback and advocate for great work that meets business goals.
4. Budget & Reporting

Create and manage budgets, scopes of work, and billing in coordination with finance and leadership teams.

Track project costs and ensure financial health of accounts.

Deliver performance reports and campaign results to clients, using data to drive future decisions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in account management, ideally in a creative or marketing agency environment.

Demonstrated experience managing creative projects across multiple channels (print, digital, social, video, etc.).

Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and creative development processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Slack, Monday.com, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with large or national brands.

Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights).

Knowledge of creative software and terminology (Adobe Creative Suite basics, video production, etc.).

Passion for storytelling, branding, and the intersection of creativity and strategy.
