Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
To accurately and efficiently enter, edit, and maintain data in computer systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, while providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Enter data into computer systems with high accuracy and speed
– Verify and edit data for errors or discrepancies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
– Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
– Perform data validation and quality control
– Assist with data analysis and reporting
– Scan and digitize paper documents
– Maintain filing systems
– Provide administrative support
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of data entry experience
– Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing)
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Associate or bachelor’s degree
– Experience with database management
– Knowledge of data entry software
– Familiarity with data analysis tools
– Certification in data entry (e.g., CDEO)
