Deputy Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to support the Manager in leading our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.
2. Strategy Development: Support the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance.
4. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
5. Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure effective financial management.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
7. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop and implement plans, and drive business growth.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
