Job Summary:

Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and educators on educational and career-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counselling:

a. Provide academic and personal guidance.

b. Support students with learning difficulties.

a. Conduct career assessments.

b. Develop career development plans.

1. Educational Planning:

a. Help students choose courses.

b. Create educational plans.

1. Parent Support:

a. Communicate student progress.

a. Work with teachers.

b. Coordinate with external organizations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in counselling/education.

2. Counselling certification.

3. 2+ years of experience.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualities:

1. Familiarity with educational software.

2. Experience with special needs students.

3. Knowledge of career development theories.
