Head of Operation
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy and Planning
– Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
– Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize operational goals and initiatives.
Budgeting and Financial Management
– Manage and control operational budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business efficiency.
Team Leadership and Management
– Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and supply chain.
– Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement and Optimization
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
– Develop and implement metrics to measure operational performance.
Risk Management and Compliance
– Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance.
Requirements:
Education
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience
– At least 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.
– Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
Skills
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
