Instructor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Instructor to teach and facilitate learning in a variety of settings, including classrooms, workshops, and online platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering instructional programs, assessing student learning, and providing feedback and support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instructional Design: Design and develop instructional programs, including curricula, lesson plans, and assessments.
2. Teaching and Facilitation: Teach and facilitate learning in a variety of settings, including classrooms, workshops, and online platforms.
3. Student Assessment: Assess student learning and provide feedback and support to students.
4. Course Management: Manage course materials, including textbooks, online resources, and multimedia materials.
5. Communication: Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
6. Professional Development: Stay current with developments in the field and pursue ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
1. Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
2. Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a post-secondary or adult education setting.
3. Subject Matter Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter to be taught.
4. Instructional Skills: Excellent instructional skills, including the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective instructional programs.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and administrators.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in a variety of technical tools, including learning management systems, online platforms, and multimedia software.
