International Educational Counselor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable International Educational Counsellor to provide expert guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
2. Conduct assessments of students’ academic backgrounds.
3. Research and provide information on foreign universities.
4. Assist with application and visa processes.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with foreign universities.
Specific Tasks:
1. Conduct intake interviews with students.
2. Create personalized education plans.
3. Provide information on admission requirements.
4. Assist with language proficiency test preparation.
5. Coordinate with universities for admissions and scholarships.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in educational counselling.
3. Strong knowledge of international education systems.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in education or related field.
2. Experience living or studying abroad.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages.
