Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the team’s activities to achieve business objectives. This includes setting goals, developing strategies, and evaluating performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

– Provide leadership and direction to the team, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities.
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Planning and Organization:

– Develop and implement business plans, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities.
– Organize and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
– Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.

Performance Management:

– Evaluate team performance, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities.
– Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members.
– Address performance issues and develop plans for improvement.

Decision Making:

– Make informed decisions, including analyzing data, evaluating options, and considering risks.
– Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Communicate decisions and plans to the team and other stakeholders.

Communication:

– Communicate effectively with the team, including providing clear direction, feedback, and coaching.
– Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Represent the team and department in meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or a related field.
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a management role, including experience in leadership, planning, and organization.
– Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business objectives.

Skills:

– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
– Experience with budget management and financial planning.

Knowledge:

– Strong knowledge of business principles, including finance, marketing, and operations.
– Understanding of management theories and practices.
– Familiarity with industry trends and developments.
