Hold parent-teacher conferences to discuss developmental milestones, address concerns, and share strategies to support learning at home. Provide regular updates through written reports, phone calls, or informal meetings.
  • Safety and Well-being:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, both inside and outside the classroom. Follow school policies regarding health and safety standards. Be prepared to respond to emergencies and follow protocols for illness or accidents. Supervise children during play, meals, and nap time, ensuring that they are safe and supervised.
  • Promoting Social and Emotional Development:

  • Classroom Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Prepare and set up learning materials, toys, and educational resources that foster creativity and imagination. Ensure that materials are safe, age-appropriate, and easily accessible to children.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues:
Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff members, and administrators to ensure that preschool operations run smoothly. Share insights, ideas, and strategies for supporting the developmental needs of the children and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool program.
  • Professional Development:
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up to date on best practices in early childhood education. Attend workshops, seminars, or conferences related to child development, teaching strategies, and early learning education.
