Preschool Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for our youngest students, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement engaging lesson plans, aligning with our curriculum and educational standards.
2. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning activities.
3. Encourage creativity, exploration, and discovery.
4. Develop and maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
6. Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports.
8. Communicate effectively with parents through conferences, reports, and daily interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
2. Teaching certification or diploma (e.g., CDA, NAEYC).
3. 2+ years of preschool teaching experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work with diverse learners.
6. First Aid and CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
2. Knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
3. Familiarity with educational technology.
4. Bilingual or multilingual skills.
