Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Planning:

Develop and implement quality assurance plans, policies, and procedures.

1. Process Development and Improvement:

Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

1. Auditing and Compliance:

Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and procedures.

Identify and address non-conformities and areas for improvement.

1. Training and Development:

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand quality assurance processes and procedures.

1. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to quality assurance processes and procedures.

1. Stakeholder Management:

Communicate quality assurance plans, policies, and procedures to stakeholders, including employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, biology, or chemistry.

1. Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.

1. Certifications:

Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or AS9100.

1. Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, regulations, and industry standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
