Recruitment Adviser

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers and other stakeholders, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Advice and Guidance

1. Provide expert recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers and other stakeholders on all aspects of the recruitment process.
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
3. Conduct recruitment process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Recruitment Process Management

1. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure that recruitment needs are met.
3. Coordinate with other teams, such as HR and marketing, to ensure that recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Candidate Management

1. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
2. Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure that they meet the requirements of the role.
3. Coordinate interviews and other assessments to evaluate candidate fit.

Reporting and Analytics

1. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
2. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Present recruitment metrics and reports to stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership.

Compliance and Risk Management

1. Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws.
2. Identify and mitigate risks associated with recruitment, including data privacy and security risks.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that recruitment activities are fair, transparent, and free from bias.

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
2. Professional certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

Experience

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience with recruitment metrics and analytics.

Skills

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
4. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media.

Knowledge

1. Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, including EEO laws and data privacy regulations.
2. Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
3. Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including ATS and social media.

Desired Qualifications

Advanced Degree

1. Master’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
2. Professional certification in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.

Experience

1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Proven track record of success in recruitment, including experience with recruitment metrics and analytics.

Skills

1. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of recruiters.
2. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and develop recruitment strategies to meet those objectives.
3. Ability to work in a global environment, with experience recruiting for positions in multiple countries and regions.
