Regional Education Manager
We are looking for a committed and reflective Teaching Professional to inspire, support, and guide students in their educational journey. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of effective pedagogy, be passionate about student growth, and contribute positively to the school community. Experience with inquiry-based, student-centered learning approaches is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate lessons that support both academic and personal development.

Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages risk-taking, inquiry, and respect.

Apply differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Use formative and summative assessment data to inform instruction and provide timely feedback to students.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and interdisciplinary learning.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues based on trust, communication, and mutual respect.

Maintain accurate records of student learning, attendance, and progress.

Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s mission and vision.

Model lifelong learning and uphold the ethical and professional standards of the teaching profession.

Engage actively in school life, including extracurricular programs, events, and community initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant subject area

Valid teaching certification/license
-
Proven teaching experience (preferably 2+ years)

Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical approaches and curriculum frameworks (IB, British, US, national, etc.)

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice

Culturally responsive and globally minded
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in international or IB schools (e.g., PYP, MYP, DP)

Master’s Degree in Education or related field

Experience with digital learning platforms and tools

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
